We also have a unique paint production line. The process is very similar to the procedure performed when the vehicle was manufactured. Our new paint booths are designed to simulate the ones used at the factory to give the most uniform paint coverage. After the paint is applied it is then baked onto the vehicles surface at 150 degrees for a hard permanent finish. This reduces the drying time and allows us to get your vehicle back to you hours after painting, rather than days. We utilize state of the art paint mixing equipment as well. Computer paint matching gives us the precise formula of tints to be mixed in order to ensure an exact paint match. This becomes very important if you have a vehicle that is older and the elements have slightly changed the color over the years. Body shops without the technology Galeana uses are only guessing!
