The Coronavirus (COVID-19) affects us all. We at Galeana are taking this very seriously and are committed to protecting the safety of our customers and staff. While we have always emphasized clean and safe facilities, we would like to inform you of practices we are currently implementing:

Remote Purchases
We will arrange special early or late hours so you can come to the showroom and conduct your transaction with fewer people present. We can also arrange test drives at your local home or workplace and deliver purchased cars to you as well. We are able to use email, text, or facetime to conduct as much of the purchase process remotely as possible. Please submit an inquiry on any vehicle through our website for these accommodations.

A special team cleans all customer-facing facilities daily including the use of disinfecting/sanitizing products. Our staff members have additional access to sanitation products (sprays, wipes, sanitizer) which are utilized throughout the day.

Guests' Vehicles
Staff are wearing gloves when appraising customer vehicles as trade-ins. Plastic seat covers and floor mats are used in all cars when left for service.

Employee Health
No employees of the dealership have recently traveled to high-risk areas or gone on cruises. Any employees displaying respiratory symptoms will be quarantined at home and supported through a supplemental paid leave policy. While no employee has been identified as a presumptive or confirmed COVID-19 case, any who do will be required to comply with governmental regulations for appropriate self-quarantine and return-to-work timelines. All non-essential business travel has been suspended.
